Leader PoKo funding

Support may be granted to small enterprises just starting their operations or established companies expanding their operations (less than 10 AWU). The aim is to create new services and work places and develop the economy in the rural area. Support is not granted for day-to-day operations.

Funding requirements:

• capability for profitable operations
• sufficient skills
• principal income for at least one person
• feasible business plan, plan of measures to be supported and cost estimate
• the aid may not distort competition

Forms of support:

• investment support
• investment viability study
• start-up aid

Furthermore cooperation projects provide an opportunity to develop operations together with other companies or development organisations.
